Job Description

• Provide specialized hardware / network problem diagnosis / resolution for customer’s Network. • First level support point for networking needs. • Route physical problems to onsite hands and feet support staff. • Coordinate H/W Maintenance activity with 3rd Party for hardware installation, troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues. • Provide support to Network hardware/software/configuration as assigned to Level2 Network team – Timely closure of incidents. Quality of resolution notes. • Engage & escalate Level3 resources for critical & high severity incidents. • Coordinate & troubleshoot routing and switching issues • Coordinate & troubleshoot WAN/LAN Problem. • Coordinate with OEM (TAC Team)
