Dowhistle is trying to build a solid team of Andriod/iOS/Windows engineers.
Dowhistle would provide equity to all level employees.Job location can be either in Bangalore an/or Chennai.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience working on Android.
- Comprehensive understanding of Android application architecture, UI components & controls, Intents, Application classes like Activity, Service, Intent Receiver, Content Provider to manage data.
- Experience working with remote data via REST, socket io and JSON.
- Good Knowledge on Notifications, Toast, Locations and Map APIs, background services, working with media, Animation & graphics.
- Experienced with Android testing frameworks and proficient writing clean unit test cases.
- Experienced with Load Testing frameworks.
- Expert in object oriented programming principles, strong working knowledge of design patterns, and proficient in clean code best practices.
- Dedicated to Android application performance, security, and efficiency.
- Expert HTML and CSS skills.
- Basic Knowledge of other major Mobile platforms (IOS, WP8).
- 2 - 5 yrs in Android development.
- Exposure to NodeJS AND MongoDB (NOSQL) is a huge plus.
- Independent, self-starter.
Qualification:
Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or equivalent
